Pre-Orders
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that this item is not currently in stock and is being reserved specifically for you. All pre-order sales are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
Any estimated ship or delivery dates provided are estimates only and are subject to change due to production timelines, carrier delays, customs, or other circumstances outside of Bee R Designs’ control. We will make every effort to communicate any significant changes to the anticipated shipping timeline.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please note that estimated processing, production, and shipping dates are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production schedules, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, customs, supply-chain issues, or other circumstances outside of Bee R Designs’ control.
For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date listed at the time of purchase is an estimate and may change. If a significant delay occurs, we will make every effort to communicate updated timing.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Bee R Designs is not responsible for carrier delays. Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products and limited production quantities, all Bee R Designs sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and orders cannot be canceled once placed. This policy also applies to pre-orders.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at rebecca@creativebr.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
