Some places seem to hold every story they have ever witnessed.
Standing beside the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist in Lafayette, the centuries-old oak has watched generations gather beneath its sweeping branches. It is a living symbol of endurance, belonging, and the quiet beauty of remaining deeply rooted.
Century Oak honors that familiar landmark through a hand-illustrated composition of jewel-toned purple, warm gold, and soft cream. Art Deco details frame the tree, while the cathedral rests gently in the background—a subtle reminder of the history surrounding it.
A tribute to strong roots, shared memories, and the places that continue to call us home.

THE CENTURY OAK
American Mahjong Tile Set
Beneath the sweeping branches of Lafayette’s historic Century Oak, nature, architecture and a touch of Southern whimsy come together.
Inspired by the oak and neighboring Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, this collection reimagines traditional mahjong through blue-and-gold sanctuary stars, graceful oak branches and richly detailed Romanesque arches. Magnolia blossoms celebrate the beauty of the South, while a peaceful dove, crowned bees and a tiger hidden among the foliage reveal themselves as unexpected treasures.
Finished in pearlescent ivory, cathedral blue, deep burgundy and antique gold, each tile carries a small piece of the story—from sacred spaces and enduring roots to the wild spirit found beneath the oak.
Designed to feel timeless, collected and unmistakably Acadiana.
The Century Oak
An original design by Bee R Designs
There is a particular kind of strength that never needs to announce itself.
The Prowl captures that quiet confidence in the moment before movement—a tiger stepping deliberately through shallow water, powerful, watchful, and completely at home in the wild.
Expressive brushstrokes and unexpected jewel tones soften the traditional tiger while preserving its unmistakable presence. Framed by geometric details inspired by the lines of mahjong, the design is bold without being loud and commanding without ever losing its grace.
For the player who knows when to wait, when to move, and when to make her presence known.
